Network Data
IP address of the router or Honeywell’s WAP-PLUS.
Often referred to as “Subnet Mask”, this number indicates the maximum number of IP address-
es that can be hosted by the router.
IP address of the modem (or gateway router) that the router communicates with.
Primary Domain Name Server used by the router.
Secondary Domain Name Server used by the router.
Indicates if the router is using DHCP (Dynamic Host Control Protocol) to assign IP addresses to
the devices.
Wireless Status
This is the broadcast name of the wireless router or Honeywell’s WAP-PLUS. It helps the user
to identify the correct router.
Indicates the wireless channel number the wireless router is using to communicate with the IP
device.
This is the binary number that represents the SSID (see above).
Strength
This indicates the Wi-Fi signal strength for the IP camera. Specifically the relative signal
strength between the IP device and the wireless router or Honeywell’s WAP-PLUS.
For installations where Honeywell’s WREX Wi-Fi Extender is used, it indicates the relative signal
strength between the IP device and the WREX.
