Users module – Allows you to add subordinate users and manage their profile. You can grant/deny access

to various devices (automation, cameras, etc.) for each user. Further you can sync user data between the

control panel and Total Connect. (Not available for LYNX Plus L3000, or LYNX Touch L5000.)

Automation module (LYNX Touch L5100, L5200, L7000 series only) – This module supports Z-Wave auto-

mation devices. Using Total Connect you can control the system’s automation devices like; thermostats,

lights, outlets, door locks, shades, etc. In addition you can create “scenes” to control your premises’ automa-

tion devices when leaving, entering, going on vacation, or other occasions.

Video module – This module enables viewing and controlling the cameras. Up to six cameras per location

are supported. You have thumbnails for each camera and each can be expanded for a more detailed view

that is updated in real time.

GPS module – This module is used in conjunction with the various vehicle/asset trackers. Each GPS tracking

device collects location data and reports to Total Connect where information can be viewed in real time. You

can track assets seeing their map location, starts, stops, path information, and historical data. Custom

geofence boundaries can be setup to trigger location alerts via email.

In addition for the vehicle tracker, you can set up excess speed alerts, and receive email notifications of

events.

Depending on the plan assigned to the asset, more information and features are available. There are two

plans available:
